Repayment policy

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

All products are delivered with a free replacement guarantee for 30 days from the purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will ensure that all your problems are solved.
If you have received the wrong article, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return the entire payment.
For defective products, please take photos or videos and send us an email tocontact@vikyuniverse.com-we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This policy does not cover abuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the product purchased.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To receive your refund, please follow the steps below:

The products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer may not be reimbursed.
Request your return authorization number by sending an email tocontact@vikyuniverse.comWith the detailed reason for the return request and the images or a video of the product that support your reason. After approval, you will receive the RA number and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.
To ensure your refund please use a traceable mail service, we will not be liable for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges for the return of your item.) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return expenses will be deducted from your refund (as a gift because we do not cover the customs fees for returns).
Upon receipt of your package, your products will be reviewed and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be sent to you by e-mail to the e-mail address you used during your initial purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original state is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Several types of property are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time before your refund is officially published.

Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is mailed.

Sales/promotion items (if applicable)

Only items at regular prices can be refunded, unfortunately the items in pay cannot be refunded.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee to cover the restocking costs and fees charged to us by the credit card companies.

Invalid reasons:
The buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example that we cannot honor if we want to continue to offer great value to Business In Gold. The buyer must make sure that he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
The buyer has found cheaper items elsewhere - the buyer should be sure that he is willing to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
