Delivery is free for all orders! However, if you wish you can select the VIP Delivery option that will place your order at the top of the queue, and allow it to be taken into account as quickly as possible!
WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item can be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them most quickly. Alternatively, if an item is popular and out of stock, we can ship your items at different times, in different packages, to avoid delaying your order and sending it to you as quickly as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped directly from one of our many international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get your order through as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow 7 to 18 working days for your order to arrive at its destination. Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are just estimates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?
All our orders are sent with the shipping and handling assured. If an order is blocked at customs, returned or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the parcels are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and follow-up, if possible, or we will refund the entire order. Please read carefully our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
